高校招标采购领域廉政风险防控机制研究

在高校的建设过程中,为了扩大校园的规模及满足学生的教学需求,会进行招标及采购工作,而在这一过程中,部分工作人员由于思想水平较低及个人利益等方面的原因,就有可能出现贪污腐败现象。所以,必须进一步加强廉政风险防控,将这些腐败行为遏制在最初阶段,保障高校运行的有效性。下面,笔者结合多年工作经验,以及相关理论知识,对相关内容进行分析。

In the construction process of colleges and universities,in order to expand the size of campus and meet students'teaching needs,biddingand procurementwill be carried out.And in thisprocess,due to the lowlevel of ideologyand personal interests of some staffmembers and other reasons,there's a potential for corruption.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the clean government risk prevention and control and contain these corrupt practices in the initial stage,so as to ensure the effectiveness of college operation.Combined withmany years ofwork experience andrelevant theoretical knowledge,the author analyzes the relevant content.
