Research on the Construction and Application of Digital Resource Database in Higher Vocational Colleges

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》的制定与实施昭示着我国教育改革进入了一个全新的阶段。目前的信息技术和我们所要达到的信息技术还是有距离的,要想在中国全面实施信息化教学改革,就必须将理论和措施进行紧密结合,最重要的环节就是学校的实施,为了更直观地看待这个问题,论文探讨了为什么要建设数字资源库、如何建设校本数字资源库以及资源库的应用三大问题。

The formulation and implementation of"The Outline of the State Medium and Long-Term Program on Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)"shows thatChina's education reformhas entered a newstage.There is still a distance between the current information technologyand the information technologywe are tryingto achieve.Ifwewant to carryout the information alized teachingre form in China,wemust combine theory andmeasure closely.Themost important link is the implementation of the school.In order to look at the problemmore intuitively,the paper discusses three issue ofwhywe need to build digital resource database,howto build school-based digital resource database and how to applyit.
