The paper takes the rutting of asphalt pavement on steep and long slope sections as the research object.It analyzes the influencing factors of rutting on steep and long slope sections in detail,and puts forwards methods of preventing and controlling rutting from the aspects of material,design and construction.The research results can be used to improve the pavement performance of steep asphalt pavement on the steep and long slope sections,which hascertain engineering value.
