摘要
在含水气田开采中、后期,由于压力下降,水量增加,作业管柱携液性能变差,导致井底液体聚集,产生的液体不能及时排出,会引起气井自喷能力下降,最终会停喷,导致气井无法正常作业。论文概述了连续油管在气井的应用情况,提出在有水气藏开采中后期,使用合理管径的连续油管作为生产管柱进行排水采气。连续油管在起下井的过程中弯曲半径的限制分析,详述了连续油管作业过程中的工作情况及其力学分析计算,对采气管柱的优选有很大帮助。
In themiddle and late stage of themining of thewater-bearing gas field,as the pressure drops,thewater flowincreases,and the fluid carrying performance of the operation stringbe comes worse,which lead to the accumulation of liquid at the bottomof thewell,and the resulting in the liquidcannotbedischargedintime.Under this situation,the gaswell's self injection ability will decrease andeventuallystop blasting,resulting in the gas well being unable to operate normally.The paper summarizes the application of coiled tubing in gas wells,and puts forward that reasonable diameter coiled tubing should be used as production string for recovering gas by discharge water in the middle and late period of water-bearing gas reservoir production.It analyzes the limitation of bending radius of coiled tubing in the process of starting and sinking thewell,and detailedly expounds theworking situation of coiled tubing in operating process,which can provide great help for the optimal selection of gas production string.
