雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Tripterygium Glycosides Combined with Mizolastine in the Treatment of Dermatitis and Eczema

目的探析雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹的临床效果和安全性。方法随机选取该院2016年3月—2018年3月期间收治的80例皮炎湿疹患者,随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例,其中对照组实施咪唑斯汀药物治疗,治疗组采取雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗。两组患者治疗时长为21 d,观察记录两组患者治疗前后的白细胞介素IL-2、IL-6和C反应蛋白(CPR)水平,比较两组患者的不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者的白细胞介素和反应蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素与反应蛋白水平均下降,而对照组患者IL-2、IL-6水平下降速度远远低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.374、25.816、18.073,P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,对照组不良反应发生率30.0%显著高于治疗组2.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.578,P<0.05);治疗组治疗有效率97.5%显著高于对照组62.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=2.951,P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹临床效果显著,可有效降低患者不良反应发生率,安全性高,帮助患者早日康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.Methods Random select 80 patients with dermatitis and eczema admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the treatment group(n=40).The control group was treated with mizolastine and the treatment group was treated with tripterygium polyglycosides in combination with mizolastine.The treatment duration of the two groups was 21 days.The levels of interleukin IL-2,IL-6 and C-reactive protein(CPR)were measured before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the levels of interleukin and reactive protein in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin and reactive protein decreased in the two groups,while the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the control group decreased much faster than in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.374,25.816,18.073,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 30.0%significantly higher than 2.5%in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.578,P<0.05);curative effect was 97.5%,significantly higher than the control group(62.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=2.951,P<0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and has high safety and help patients recover quickly.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
