摘要
目的分析黄体期促排卵方案在卵巢低反应患者中的临床应用效果。方法该次方便抽取210例因卵巢低反应,于2016年1月—2017年12月在该院就诊的患者,对入选的所有患者均采用卵泡期促排、黄体期促排方案,其中,选黄体期促排卵方案的作为研究组,选卵泡期促排卵方案的作为对照组,对比2组卵泡期、黄体期综合情况。结果研究组的Gn总量(2 496.52±1 190.50)IU(t=12.321),Gn时长(8.60±3.65)d(t=10.651),扳机日LH(1.75±1.12)mIU/mL(t=8.154),与对照组(1520.58±1000.14)IU,(7.01±2.21)d,(10.55±21.37)m IU/mL相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组获卵数、MII卵子数,高于对照组(P<0.05);2组扳机日E2水平、受精率、MII卵率等指标对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.356,χ~2=1.351、2.842,P>0.05)。结论对卵巢低反应患者选黄体期促排卵方案,促排卵效果确切。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of luteal phase ovulation induction in patients with low ovarian response.Methods A total of 210 patients with low ovarian response who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled.All patients were enrolled in the follicular phase,and the luteal phase was promoted.Among them,the ovulation induction ovulation program was selected as the research group,the follicular ovulation induction program was selected as the control group,and the two groups were compared with the follicular phase and the luteal phase.Results The total amount of Gn in the study group(2 496.52±1 190.50)IU(t=12.321),Gn duration(8.60±3.65)d(t=10.651),trigger day LH(1.75±1.12)mIU/mL(t=8.154),and the control group(1 520.58±1 000.14)IU,(7.01±2.21)d,(10.55±21.37)mIU/mL,the difference was statistically signifieant(P<0.05);the number of eggs obtained in the study group,the number of MII eggs,higher than the control group(P<0.05);two groups of trigger day E2 level,fertilization rate,MII egg rate and other indicators,the difference was not obvious(t=0.356,χ2=1.351、2.842,P>0.05).Conclusion The ovulation induction ovulation regimen for patients with low ovarian response is effective in promoting ovulation.
