鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉与慢性鼻窦炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery for Nasal Polyps and Chronic Sinusitis

目的探析鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉与慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法方便选取该院在2014年1月—2018年5月期间收治的96例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,将其随机分为对照组48例和治疗组48例,其中对照组进行常规药物治疗,治疗组实施鼻内镜下手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率、并发症发生几率。结果治疗组临床治疗有效率95.8%明显高于对照组66.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.302,P<0.05);治疗组患者术后并发症发生几率4.2%显著低于对照组20.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.017,P<0.05)。结论与传统药物治疗相比,鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉与慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果显著,有效提高临床治疗有效率,减少患者痛苦,帮助患者早日康复,临床价值较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery for nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to May 2018 were convenient randomly divided into the control group(n=48)and the treatment group(n=48).The control group received conventional drug therapy.The treatment group underwent endoscopic surgery and compared the clinical treatment efficiency and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was 95.8%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(66.7%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.302,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was 4.2%significantly lower than that in the control group of 20.8%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.017,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional drug therapy,the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery for nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis is significant,effectively improving the efficiency of clinical treatment,reducing patient suffering,helping patients recover quickly,with high clinical value,which is worthy of popularization and application.
