闭合复位绞锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床研究

Clinical Study of Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation with Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Tibiofibular Fracture

目的分析研究闭合复位绞锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 2014年2月—2017年12月期间,回顾性方便选择该院收治的72例胫骨骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受闭合复位绞锁髓内钉内固定术治疗,观察分析该组患者的临床疗效。结果 72例患者,治疗后,手术切口一期愈合,未出现严重并发症,经术后6~18个月随访,X线片显示,骨折愈合良好,且肢体功能基本恢复正常。手术时间45~70 min,平均(56.7±3.89)min。结论胫骨骨折,闭合复位绞锁髓内钉内固定治疗,效果显著,并发症少,预后佳,安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of closed reduction and internal fixation with intramedullary nailing in the treatment of tibiofibular fractures.Methods From February 2014 to December 2017,72 patients with tibiofibular fractures admitted to the hospital were convenient retrospectively selected.All patients underwent closed reduction and internal fixation with intramedullary nailing,and the clinical efficacy of this group of patients was observed and analyzed.Results In 72 patients,the surgical incision healed in the first stage without serious complications.After 6-18 months of follow-up,X-ray films showed that the fractures healed well and the limb function returned to normal.The operation time was 45 to 70 min,with an average of(56.7±3.89)min.Conclusion The treatment of humeral fracture and closed reduction and internal fixation with intramedullary nailing has significant effect,less complications,good prognosis,safety and reliability.
