分析综合护理干预在急诊输液患者中的应用价值

Analysis of the Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Emergency Infusion Patients

目的分析对急诊输液患者采用综合护理干预的作用。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月急诊收治的输液患者80例,根据患者入院时间分为研究组和参照组,每组40例,其中参照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者给予综合护理,对比2组护理前后负面情绪、护理前后自我护理能力以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者非常满意28例,一般满意11例,不满意1例,总满意39例,参照组患者非常满意13例,一般满意20例,不满意7例,总满意33例(χ~2=5.000 0,P=0.025 3),研究组护理满意度97.5%高于参照组护理满意度82.5%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比护理前后2组患者负面情绪改善情况,研究组与参照组护理前负面情绪评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组与参照组患者负面情绪评分对比,组间对差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理前自我护理能力与参照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后各项评分研究组均高于参照组患者,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊输液患者实施综合护理干预,能够有效提高患者护理满意度,对改善患者负面情绪也具有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on emergency infusion patients.Methods 80 infusion patients from the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were conveniently enrolled.The patients were divided into study group and reference group according to the admission time of the patients.Each group had 40 cases,of which the reference group received routine care.Comprehensive nursing was given to compare the negative emotions before and after the two groups of nursing,self-care ability before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction.Results The patients in the study group were very satisfied with 28 cases,11 cases were generally satisfied,1 case was unsatisfactory,and 39 cases were satisfied.The reference group patients were very satisfied with 13 cases,generally satisfied with 20 cases,unsatisfied with 7 cases,and satisfied with 33 cases(χ2=5.000 0,P=0.025 3),the study group's nursing satisfaction rate was 97.5%higher than the reference group nursing satisfaction 82.5%,and the comparison between groups was significant(P<0.05).Comparing the negative emotion improvement of the two groups before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the negative emotion scores between the study group and the reference group before treatment(P>0.05).After the nursing group,the negative emotion scores of the study group and the reference group were compared(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the self-care ability of the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).The post-nursing scores of the study group were higher than the reference group,and the difference between the groups was statiseically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for emergency infusion patients can effectively improve patient care satisfaction and play an important role in improving patients'negative emotions.
