实施声带息肉摘除术临床护理路径的应用分析

Application Analysis of Clinical Nursing Pathway for Vocal Cord Polypectomy

目的探析实施声带息肉摘除术临床护理路径的应用效果。方法随机选取该院在2016年1月—2018年1月期间收治的109例择期进行声带息肉摘除术患者,将其随机分为对照组54例和观察组55例,其中对照组行常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径干预,比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、护理满意度和护理效果。结果观察组患者住院时间(3.42±0.97)d、住院费用(2 610.01±207.60)元明显低于对照组(4.07±2.11)d、(3210.32±268.91)元,差异有统计学意义(t=6.347,22.581,P<0.05);观察组护理满意率98.2%、护理有效率96.4%显著高于对照组护理满意率77.8%、护理有效率79.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.264,11.025,P<0.05)。结论实施声带息肉摘除术临床护理路径的应用价值较高,提高患者护理满意度,改善医患双方关系,增强治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing path for vocal cord polypectomy.Methods A total of 109 patients undergoing vocal cord polypectomy were random selected and enrolled in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018.They were randomly divided into 54 patients in the control group and 55 patients in the observation group.The control group implemented conventional treatment,the observation group implemented clinical nursing pathway intervention,and compared the hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the two groups.Results The hospitalization time(3.42±0.97)d and the hospitalization cost(2 610.01±207.60)Yuan were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(4.07±2.11)d and(3 210.32±268.91)Yuan,the difference was significant(t=6.347,22.581,P<0.05),statistically significant;observation group satisfaction rate of 98.2%,nursing efficiency of 96.4%was significantly higher than the control group satisfaction rate of 77.8%,nursing efficiency of 79.6%,the difference was significant(χ2=9.264,11.025,P<0.05),statistically significant.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway for vocal cord polypectomy is of high value,improve patient care satisfaction and the relationship between doctors and patients,and enhance the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
