天麻钩藤饮辅助高电位治疗高血压临床有效性

Clinical Efficacy of Gastrodia Elata Decoction in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的观察分析天麻勾藤饮辅助高电位治疗高血压临床有效性。方法方便选择该院在2016—2017年期间收治的127例高血压患者,随机分为观察组(64例)和对照组(63例),分别接受天麻钩藤饮联合高电位治疗和单纯接受高电位治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率。结果两组高血压患者的治疗总有效率分别为96.9%和71.4%,观察组患者明显更高,与对照组患者相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.59,P<0.05)。结论对于高血压患者在高电位治疗的同时,辅助以天麻钩藤饮治疗,可以使患者的治疗有效率得到显著提升,具备临床推广使用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of gastrodia elata decoction in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 127 patients with hypertension admitted to the hospital from 2016 to 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into observation group(64 cases)and control group(63 cases).They were treated with gastrodia elata decoction combined with high potential therapy and received high-potential therapy,comparing the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of hypertension in the two groups was 96.9%and 71.4%,respectively.The patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(χ2=11.59,P<0.05).Conclusion For hypertensive patients with high-potential therapy,the treatment with gastrodia elata decoction can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of patients and has clinical promotion value.
