脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖和肝功酶学指标变化的检测探析

Detection and Analysis of Changes in Blood Lipids, Blood Glucose and Liver Function in Fatty Liver Patients

目的对脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖和肝功酶学指标变化的检测进行探析。方法方便选取自2016年6月—2017年6月在该院进行身体检查的98例患者,抽样分为对照组和研究组,各49例,对照组是没有患脂肪肝的身体健康者,研究组患者是脂肪肝患者。统计并比较两组患者血糖、血脂和肝功酶学指标。结果研究组患者血糖段的TC(总胆固醇)数值为(4.82±0.67)mmol/L、TG(甘油三酯)数值为(1.01±0.09)mmol/L、FBG(空腹血糖)数值为(6.37±0.65)mmol/L和HDL-C数值为(2.67±0.47)mmol/L (高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)的指标明显优于对照组患者(t=13.981、8.204、12.029、15.947,P<0.05)。且肝功能AST(谷草转氨酶)指标为(56.7±13.47)mmol/L、ALT(肝功能酶学谷丙转氨酶)数值为(58.2±11.6)mmol/L和r-GGT(r-谷氨酰转肽酶)的指标(49.2±9.3)mmol/L明显高于对照组患者(t=14.941、16.047、15.274,P<0.05)。结论在对脂肪肝患者进行诊治过程中,可以通过对患者血脂、血糖和肝功酶学指标的变化进行观察和分析来判断患者的病情,作为患者的病情参考数据对患者进行临床上的治疗,有利于制定更具有针对性的治疗方案,值得在各大医院进行进一步的推广。

Objective To investigate the changes of blood lipids,blood glucose and liver function in patients with fatty liver.Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent physical examination in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled.The samples were divided into the control group and the study group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was healthy without fatty liver.The study group patients were fatty liver patients.The blood glucose,blood lipids and liver function enzymes of the two groups were compared.Results The TC(total cholesterol)value of the blood glucose segment of the study group was(4.82±0.67)mmol/L,the TG(triglyceride)value was(1.01±0.09)mmol/L,the FBG(fasting blood glucose)value was(6.37±0.65)mmol/L,and the HDL-C value was(2.67±0.47)mmol/L(the index of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly better than that of the control group(t=13.981、8.204、12.029、15.947,P<0.05).And the liver function AST(aspartate aminotransferase)index was(56.7±13.47)mmol/L,ALT(liver function enzyme alanine aminotransferase)value was(58.2±11.6)mmol/L and r-GGT(r-glutamyl transpeptidase)index was(49.2±9.3)mmol/L,significantly higher than the patients in the control group(t=14.941、16.047、15.274,P<0.05)respectively.Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of patients with fatty liver,the patient's condition can be judged by analyzing the changes of blood lipids,blood glucose and liver function enzymes,clinically as the patient's condition reference data.It is conducive to the development of more targeted treatment programs,and it is worth further promotion in major hospitals.
