摘要
体外膜氧合支持存在内环境不稳;航空和/或陆地运输以及多次装载等外环境中的潜在风险;转运团队配合不良引起的人为偏差,发展中的体外膜肺技术不可避免的缺陷都有可能导致转运不良事件以及病人预后不良,转运成本大幅度升高。现综述近年来发现的转运不良事件并提出相应的对策。
in vitro membrane oxygenation support had internal environmental instability.Potential risks in external environments such as air and/or land transport and multiple loads,the human error caused by improper transport team cooperation,the inevitable defects of developing extracorporeal membrane lung technology might lead to adverse transport events and poor prognosis of patients.The transport cost was significantly increased.This paper summarized the adverse events detected in recent years and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
