HPV疫苗研制和推广的研究进展

Research progress on development and extension of HPV vaccine

宫颈癌是危害全球女性健康的常见妇科恶性肿瘤,高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)持续感染是宫颈癌最主要的致病因素。现对HPV疫苗的研究进展和影响接种疫苗的因素进行综述,以期为HPV疫苗在我国的推广、研发、应用等工作提供参考。

Cervical cancer was a common gynecologic malignant tumor which endangered the health of women in the world.The persistent infection of high risk human papillomavirus(HPV)was the main pathogenic factor of cervical cancer.In this paper,the research progress on HPV vaccine and the factors influencing it were reviewed in order to provide references for the popularization,development and application of HPV vaccine in China.
