摘要
[目的]探讨基于专科疾病护理的情景剧在非心血管专科护士培训中的应用效果。[方法]2017年3月—4月,选取我院非心血管专科护士142人随机分为两组各71人,对照组采用传统培训方法,观察组应用基于专科疾病护理的情景剧进行培训。培训后进行理论考核及问卷调查,比较两组培训效果。[结果]培训后即刻以及培训后第1天、第3天、第7天观察组护士知识得分均高于对照组,经重复测量方差分析,两组护士的知识得分均随时间延长呈下降趋势,不同时间、组间评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组护士对培训方法激发学习兴趣,有利于对知识的理解和应用,增强交流能力、应急抢救能力、团队协作意识、满意度等方面的评价均高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]应用基于专科疾病护理的情景剧对非心血管专科护士进行培训,可激发护士的学习兴趣,调动护士多感官融入培训,有助于护士对疾病知识的理解与记忆,适用于护士的专科疾病护理培训。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of scenario drama based on specialist disease care in non cardiovascular specialist nurse training.Methods:From March to April 2017,142 non cardiovascular specialist nurses from our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,71 cases in each.The nurses in control group used traditional training methods.The nurses in observation group used the scenario drama based on specialist disease care for training.After the training,theoretical assessment and questionnaire survey were conducted to compare the training effects of the two groups.Results:The knowledge scores of nurses in observation group were higher than those in control group immediately after training and on the first day,the third day and the seventh day after training.After repeated measures analysis of variance,the knowledge scores of the nurses in both groups showed a downward trend with time.Different time,inter group scores and interactions,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The observation group nurses stimulated the interest in learning methods,which was beneficial to the understanding and application of knowledge,communication ability,emergency rescue ability,teamwork awareness,satisfaction and other aspects were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The application of scenario drama based on specialist disease care for training of non cardiovascular specialist nurses can stimulate the nurses′interest in learning and mobilize the nurses′multi sensory integration training,which is helpful for nurses to understand and remember the disease knowledge.It is suitable for specialist disease care training for nurses.
