延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人生存质量影响的Meta分析

Influence of continuous nursing on quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease:a Meta analysis

[目的]系统评价延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人生存质量的影响。[方法]检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、SpringerLink、EBSCO数据库中关于延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人生存质量影响的随机对照试验,由2名研究者对文献质量进行评价和提取资料后,采用RevMan 5.3对符合要求的文献进行Meta分析,比较延续护理后的效果。[结果]共纳入5篇随机对照试验研究,Meta分析结果表明,与常规护理相比,延续护理能够降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人呼吸系统疾病特异性生存质量量表(SGRQ)得分[WMD=12.10,95%CI(-16.64,-7.56),P<0.000 01],改善营养状况[WMD=0.93,95%CI(0.40,1.16),P=0.000 6],降低12项一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)得分[WMD=-3.49,95%CI(-5.82,-1.16),P=0.003]。[结论]延续护理有助于提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人的生存质量。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the influence of continuous nursing on quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:The randomized controlled trials on influence of continuous nursing on quality of life of COPD patients were retrieved in CNKI,China Biomedical Literature Database,Chongqing VIP,Wanfang database,PubMed,SpringerLink,EBSCO database.The literatures quality was evaluated and extracted by two researchers.Rev Man 5.3 was used to carry out Meta analysis of the literatures that met the requirements,and the influence of continuous nursing was compared.Results:Five randomized controlled trial studies were conducted.The results of Meta analysis confirmed that compared with conventional nursing,the Results of Meta analysis showed that the influence of continuous nursing was higher than that of routine nursing.Continuous nursing could reduce the SGRQ score in COPD patients[WMD=12.10,95%CI(-16.64,-7.56),P<0.000 01].It could also improve the nutritional status[WMD=0.93,95%CI(0.40,1.16),P=0.000 6].It could reduce the scores of 12 General Health Questionnaires(GHQ 12)[WMD=-3.49,95%CI(-5.82,-1.16),P=0.003].Conclusions:Continuous nursing was helpful to improve the quality of life of COPD patients.
