Research status quo of nurses psychological empowerment related variables

在对国内外护士心理授权相关研究文献整理的基础上对护士心理授权相关变量进行综述,总结了护士心理授权前因变量、结果变量、中介变量、调节变量的相关研究,为我国在护士心理授权方面进行更深入的研究提供参考。

It reviewed the related variables of nurses′psychological empowerment on the basis of literature review of nurses′psychological empowerment at home and abroad,summarized the related studies on the dependent variables,outcome variables,mediating variables and regulating variables of nurses′psychological empowerment,and provided a reference for the further study of nurses'psychological empowerment in China.
