宫颈癌术后化疗期病人心理痛苦程度及影响因素

Psychological pain degree and influencing factors of patients with cervical cancer dursing postoperative chemotherapy period

[目的]对宫颈癌术后化疗期病人心理痛苦程度进行评估并探讨其影响因素,旨在为进一步制订精准护理干预计划提供参考依据。[方法]应用心理痛苦筛查工具(DMSM)对某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院112例宫颈癌术后化疗期病人进行调查。[结果]112例宫颈癌术后化疗期病人心理痛苦得分为(5.41±2.19)分,中度及以上心理痛苦检出率为81.25%;宫颈癌术后化疗期病人心理痛苦相关问题中发生率居前10位的依次为经济问题、担忧、恐惧、紧张、疲乏、悲伤、手脚麻木、皮肤干燥、无时间和精力照顾孩子/老人、外表/体形。经单因素分析和Logistic回归分析,年龄、职业、家庭人均月收入、病理分期是宫颈癌术后化疗期病人心理痛苦的影响因素。[结论]宫颈癌术后化疗期病人心理痛苦发生率较高,情绪和身体问题是其心理痛苦的主要原因。医务人员应着重关注病人的心理状况并制订具有针对性的护理干预措施,减轻病人化疗期间的心理痛苦程度。

Objective:To evaluate the degree of psychological pain of patients with cervical cancer during postoperative chemotherapy period and explore its influencing factors,in order to provide references for further development of precise nursing intervention plan.Methods:A total of 112 patients with postoperative chemotherapy of cervical cancer in a third grade A tumor hospital were investigated by(DMSM).Results:The score of psychological pain was(5.41±2.19)in 112 patients with cervical cancer after chemotherapy,and the detectable rate of psychological pain was 81.25%.The incidence of psychological pain related problems in patients with cervical cancer during the period of chemotherapy was the highest in the order of economic problems,worry,fear,tension,fatigue,sadness,numbness of hands and feet,dry skin,lack of time and energy to take care of children/old people.Appearance/figure by univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis,age,occupation,family average monthly income and pathological stage were the influencing factors of psychological pain of patients with cervical cancer during chemotherapy period.Conclusions:The incidence of psychological pain in patients with cervical cancer during postoperative chemotherapy period was high,emotional and physical problems were the main causes of psychological pain.The medical staff should pay more attention to the psychological condition of the patients and draw up the targeted nursing intervention measures to alleviate the psychological pain of the patients during chemotherapy.
