自我感知歧视感量表的汉化及信效度评价

Chinese localization and evaluation of reliability and validity of Perceived Stigmatization Questionnaire

[目的]翻译并修订自我感知歧视感量表(PSQ),并对修订后的量表进行信效度评价。[方法]遵循跨文化翻译原则,对量表进行翻译、修订、回译、再修订,采用便利抽样,对四川省某三级甲等医院的122例外观异常的病人进行调查,评价量表的信效度。[结果]汉化后的中文版自我感知歧视感量表水平的内容效度指数为1.00,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.83～1.00。探索性因子分析共提取了4个公因子,可解释总变异的80.496%。中文版自我感知歧视感量表的重测信度为0.982,量表总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.798,4个公因子的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.964、0.965、0.874和0.898。[结论]中文版自我感知歧视感量表具有较好的信效度,可作为评定外观异常病人自我感知歧视感的评定工具。

Objective:To translate and revise Perceived Stigmatization Questionnaire(PSQ),and to evaluate the reliability and validity of the revised scale.Methods:According to the principles of trans cultural translation,the scale was translated,revised,re translated and re revised,and a convenient sampling was used to investigate 122 patients with abnormal appearance in a third grade A hospital in Sichuan province,and the reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated.Results:The content validity index of Chinese version of PSQ was 1.00,and the content validity index of item level was 0.83~1.00.Exploratory factor analysis extracted a total of 4 common factors,which could explain 80.496%of the total variation.The retest reliability of the Chinese version of PSQ was 0.982,the total Cronbach′sαcoefficient was 0.798,and the Cronbach′sαcoefficient of 4 common factors were 0.964,0.965,0.874 and 0.898,respectively.Conclusions:The Chinese version of PSQ had good reliability and validity,and could be used as a tool to evaluate the PSQ of patients with abnormal appearance.
