基于跨理论模型的社区延续护理干预对哮喘病人生活质量的影响

Influence of community continuing care intervention based on transtheoretic model on quality of life of asthmatic patients

[目的]探讨基于跨理论模型的社区延续护理干预对哮喘病人生活质量的影响。[方法]选取2016年1月—2017年1月我院呼吸内科住院部哮喘病人150例,采用随机数字表法将病人分为研究组与对照组各75例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用基于跨理论模型的社区延续护理干预。采用自我护理能力测定量表(Exercise of Self-care Agency,ESCA)与哮喘病人生命质量评分(Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire,AQLQ)评价两组护理前后的自我护理能力与生活质量,比较两组临床疗效与护理满意度。[结果]研究组治疗有效率、护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组ESCA、AQLQ评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组病人ESCA、AQLQ评分明显高于护理前(P<0.05),研究组ESCA、AQLQ评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]基于跨理论模型的社区延续护理干预有助于改善哮喘病人临床疗效,提高自我管理能力,提升生活质量与护理质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of community continuing care intervention based on transtheoretical model on the quality of life of asthmatic patients.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2017,150 patients with asthma in the department of respiratory medicine in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method 75 cases in each.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in group were treated with community continuing nursing intervention based on transtheoretical model.The self care ability and quality of life of the patients in two groups before and after nursing were evaluated by the Exercise of Self Care Agency(ESCA)and Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(AQLQ),and the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the patients in two groups were compared.Results:the treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction rate of patients in study group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in ESCA and AQLQ scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).ESCA and AQLQ scores in two groups after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and ESCA and AQLQ scores in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The community continuing care interventions based on trans theoretical models could improve the clinical efficacy,self management ability,quality of life and nursing quality of asthma patients.
