围绝经期评定量表Menopause Rating Scale(MRS)中文版信度及效度分析

Reliability and validity analysis of the Menopause Rating Scale(MRS)Chinese version of the perimenopausal rating scale

[目的]测定围绝经期评定量表(MRS)中文版的信度和效度。[方法]应用MRS中文版对126例围绝经期女性进行测量,对测定结果进行信度和效度分析。[结果]MRS中文版总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.890,3个维度的Cronbach′sα系数为0.731～0.868;总问卷的重测信度为0.887,3个维度的重测信度为0.661～0.883;探索性因子分析表明MRS中文版包括3个因子,共11个条目;3个因子可以解释总方差的73.68%;验证性因子分析显示数据拟合良好(χ2/df为1.170,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)为0.050,规范拟合指数(NFI)为0.894。[结论]MRS中文版具有良好的信度和效度,适合测量中国围绝经期妇女的生活质量。

Objective:To measure the reliability and validity of Chinese version of Menopause Rating Scale.Methods:A total of 126 cases of peri menopausal women were evaluated by using MRS,and the results were analyzed on the reliability and validity.Results:The total Cronbach′s coefficient of Chinese version of Menopause Rating Scale was 0.890,Cronbach′s coefficient of three dimensions was 0.731~0.868;the retest reliability of the total questionnnire was 0.887,the retest reliability of three dimensions was 0.661~0.883.Exploratory factor analysis showed the Chinese version of Menopause Rating Scale included three factors totally 11 items;the three factors could explain 73.68%of the total variance;Confirmatory factor analysis showed good data fit.Conclusions:Chinese version of Menopause Rating Scale had better reliability and validity,and suitable for measurement of quality of life of peri menopausal women in China.
