基于Android平台开发的无人插秧机监控系统

摘要 无人插秧机有效解决了传统插秧过程中的劳动强度大、工作效率低、栽插质量差等问题,而基于Android平台构建的无人插秧机监控系统,可以实时、准确地对无人插秧机的工况参数和栽插质量进行监控。当插秧机发生故障时,监控系统能及时向客户端发送警报信息,确保插秧机安全高效地作业,同时便于用户实时了解插秧机当前状况,降低安全隐患,提高工作效率。Android客户端远程监控中心以人机交互的方式显示插秧机实时运行数据,并结合电子地图显示其栽插质量和作业区域的信息,且能对异常状况发出报警信息和控制指令实现对插秧机的管理控制。 The unmanned rice transplanter significantly solves the problems of large labor intensity,low work efficiency,poor planting quality,etc.in the conventional transplanting process,and the unmanned transplanter monitoring system based on the Android platform can real-timely and accurately monitor the unmanned rice transplanter.Machine operating parameters and planting quality are monitored.When the rice transplanter breaks down,the monitoring system can send alarm information to the client in a timely manner to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the rice transplanter.At the same time,the user can easily understand the current status of the rice transplanter in real time,reduce safety hazards,and improve work efficiency.The Android client remote monitoring center displays the real-time data of the transplanter in the form of human-machine interaction interface,and displays the information of the planting quality and the working area in combination with the electronic map,and can send alarm information and control instructions in abnormal situations to realise transplanter management control.
