摘要
为解决现代电气控制技术实验装置成本高、结构复杂,以及学生缺少工程实践背景等问题,利用虚拟仿真技术构建PLC仿真实验平台,探索虚拟仿真与传统硬件相结合的实验教学方法。选择工业控制领域典型的物料混合控制系统作为教学案例,设计一种虚拟交互式PLC物料混合控制系统。案例教学应用结果表明,基于虚拟仿真技术的案例教学设计无需实际物理控制对象便可实现对PLC控制程序的调试与仿真运行,节约了设备成本,激发了学生学习兴趣,较为全面地锻炼了学生的PLC综合应用能力。
In order to solve the problems of high cost,complex structure and lack of practical engineering background,the case teaching method of PLC is studied.The virtual simulation technology is used to construct the PLC simulation experiment platform,and the experiment teaching method combining virtual simulation with traditional hardware is explored.In this paper,a kind of virtual interactive PLC material mixing control system is designed,which is a typical case in the field of industrial control.The PLC control system is designed.The application of case teaching shows that the case teaching design based on virtual simulation technology can realize the debugging and simulation operation of the PLC control program without the actual physical control object,saving the cost of the equipment;it can also stimulate the interest in learning and help students to develop more comprehensive trainingapplication ability of PLC.
