摘要 以地沟油生物柴油为原料,在无溶剂条件下,以甲酸作载氧剂,用微量浓硫酸催化制备环氧地沟油生物柴油。探究了甲酸用量、双氧水用量、反应时间、反应温度等对地沟油生物柴油环氧化的影响,通过正交实验优化工艺条件。结果表明,在转速500 r/min,反应温度50℃,按生物柴油、30%双氧水、88%甲酸、浓硫酸质量比为15∶13. 5∶2. 9∶0. 075反应3. 5 h后,得到环氧地沟油生物柴油的环氧值为5. 56%,环氧转化率为80. 03%,并采用红外光谱和核磁共振对样品进行了表征。 The gutter oil biodiesel as substrate,and uses formic acid as oxygen carrier and tiny concentrated sulfuric acid to catalyze the preparation of epoxy gutter oil biodiesel under solvent-free conditions.The effects of formic acid dosage,hydrogen peroxide dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature on the epoxidation of biodiesel from gutter oil were explored.The optimum conditions were obtained via orthogonal experiments.The results showed that at the speed of 500 r/min,the reaction temperature at 50℃,the ratio of biodiesel,30%hydrogen peroxide,88%formic acid,concentrated sulfuric acid at 15∶13.5∶2.9∶0.075,the reaction time at 3.5 h,the ideal epoxy gutter oil biodiesel was obtained,which has an epoxy value of 5.56%and an epoxy conversion rate of 80.03%.Infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance were employed to characterize the products,and confirmed the success of preparation.
