摘要
采用多种氧化性酸系处理废稀土荧光粉,考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、液固比、酸浓度,以及SiO_2对稀土元素浸出的影响。结果表明,采用多种氧化性酸处理废荧光粉,Y和Eu浸出率较为稳定,在90%以上,较优条件下Ce和Tb浸出率在40%以上,浸出时间及液固比对浸出效果的影响较大。采用HF除去SiO_2后,Ce和Tb总浸出率在60%以上,相比于直接酸浸浸出率有着明显提高。
A variety of oxidizing acid systems were used to treat waste rare-earth phosphors was investigated.The effects of factors such as leaching time,leaching temperature,liquid-solid ratio,and acid concentration and SiO 2 on the leaching of rare earth elements were investigated.The results show that the leaching rate of Y and Eu is stable with a variety of oxidizing acids.The leaching rate of Y and Eu is more than 90%.The leaching rate of Ce and Tb is more than 40%under better conditions.Leaching time and liquid-solid ratio leaching effect is greater.After removing SiO 2 by HF acid,the total leaching rate of Ce and Tb is above 60%,which is obviously improved compared to the direct acid leaching leaching rate.
