一种甜菜碱型Gemini表面活性剂的制备及其作为泡排剂主剂的性能评价 被引量:4

摘要 以3-氯-2-羟基丙烷磺酸钠、1,2-二溴乙烷、油酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺为原料合成甜菜碱型Gemini表面活性剂(T-21),通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征该结构,以Waring Blender法测定起泡性能,用表面张力仪和罗氏泡沫仪测定表面张力和携液性能。结果表明,T-21的表面张力(γcmc)和临界胶束浓度(cmc)是32. 01 mN/m,4. 8×10^(-6)mol/L,表现出了良好的表面活性与起泡性。在蒸馏水条件下,T-21携液率最高值达95%;在矿化度250 g/L条件下达65%;在甲醇含量20%的条件下达85%;在凝析油含量30%的条件下达60%,表现出了良好的抗矿化度、抗甲醇、抗凝析油性能,可用作气井泡沫排水的一种泡排剂。 The betaine-type Gemini surfactants was synthesized with 3-chlor-2-hydroxypropanesulfonate,amide propyl amide and 1,2-dibromoethane as raw materials.The structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The foaming performance was measured by Waring Blender method.The surface tension and carrying performance of the films were characterized by surface tension meter and Roche foam apparatus.The results show that the surface tension(γcmc)and the critical micelle concentration(cmc)of the synthesized betaine-type Gemini surfactants are 32.01 mN/m and 4.8×10-6 mol/L,respectively,which show good foaming performance.In the distilled water condition,the maximum carrying rate of T-21 was 95%.Under the condition of 250 g/L salinity,it was 65%.Under the condition of 20%methanol content,it was 85%.In the condensate oil content of 30%of the conditions,it was 60%,showing a good resistance to mineralization,anti-methanol,anti-condensing oil performance.It can be used as foam drainage agent for the gas wells of the foam drainage.
