摘要 反刍动物饲料中主要的能量来源是淀粉。淀粉在瘤胃内的特殊环境下降解产生多种代谢产物,如挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)、气体和乳酸。文章就淀粉的结构、影响淀粉在瘤胃内降解的因素和淀粉结构对反刍动物影响等进行综述。 Starch is the main energy source in ruminant animal feed,as an energy substance.In the special envi?ronment of the rumen,starch is degraded in large quantity,producing metabolic products such as volatile fatty acids and gases.The effects of starch structure on the degradation of starch in the rumen and the effects of starch structure on ruminants were briefly reviewed.
