中草药提取物对热应激状态下后备公鸡生产性能的影响

Effect of Chinese Herb PE on Production Performance Under Heat Stress of Reserve Cocks

为研究中草药提取物对热应激状态下后备公鸡生产性能的影响,随机选取1日龄的广西麻鸡公雏1 800只为试验动物,进行为期120 d的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组3个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加中草药提取物300 mg·kg^(-1)。结果表明,试验组在育雏期和育成期的体重、成活率、体重均匀度、预备留种率明显高于对照组。结果表明,中草药提取物能显著缓解后备公鸡的热应激反应。

The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE on the production perfor?mance of reserve cocks under heat stress.One thousand and eight hundred Guangxi partridge cocks which were just out of shell were randomly assigned to two groups,each group had three repeats.Control group was provided with basic diet,while test group was fed with basic diets added to 300 mg·kg-1 Chinese herb PE for 120 days.The results showed that test group was significant difference in comparing body weight,survival rate,evenness and reserved rate with con?trol group.The conclusion of the study was Chinese herb PE can improve production performance under heat stress of reserve cocks.
