摘要
牵引及辅助变流器系统是动车组的关键核心设备之一,直接决定了列车的牵引传动控制性能以及车上用电负载是否能安全可靠运行。介绍了我国首列混合动力动车组的牵引及辅助变流器系统,包括变流器的系统结构、系统控制功能、网络控制及故障诊断功能等,分析了系统的硬件结构和基本功能。完成了多异性动力源接入的混合动力牵引及辅助变流器样机研制,可为我国谱系化动车组技术提供重要技术支撑。
Traction converter unit and auxiliary converter unit are the key facilities of EMU,directly determine the traction drive control performance,the safely and reliably of the electric load on the train.In this paper,the traction and auxiliary converter systems adopted by the first hybrid EMU in China are introduced,including the system structure,system control function,network control and fault diagnosis function of the converter,the hardware structure and basic functions of the systems are analyzed.A prototype of hybrid traction and auxiliary converter systems with multi-anisotropic power source is developed,it provides important technical support for the genealogical EMU technologies in China.
