摘要
介绍了道岔转辙机智能综合监测系统的架构,分析了转辙机表示缺口图像及数据的采集过程、道岔缺口监测系统的工作原理,介绍了道岔缺口监测图像数据分析实现的程序。道岔转辙机智能综合监测系统应用图像数据分析技术,监测转辙机内表示杆缺口间隙大小;根据转辙机运行状态和设备变化趋势,可指导现场信号人员及时进行调整,实现道岔转辙机运行状态远程监测。
The structure of intelligent integrated monitoring system for switch machine is introduced,the working principle of switch machine in collecting the gap image,data and the gap monitoring is analyzed,the image data analysis program is discussed.According to this technology,the size of the rod gap in switch machine is monitored,which determines the running state of the switch machine and the equipment changing trend,therefore will help the signal personnel to adjust the switch machine in time and realize the remote monitoring of its running state.
