中国改革开放成功背后的价值观引领作用

On the Leading Role of Chinese Core Values in Advancing China's Reform and Opening-up since 1978

我之所以在这里要谈论这个话题,有两个重要的原因:一个原因是,在国际学术界阐释中国模式、中国道路,总结中国改革开放的成功经验时,他们发现,原以为中国改革开放会逐步走入西方的轨道,西方的价值观会伴随着西方资本的进入而逐步渗入到中国社会;但40年后的今天他们突然认识到,中国改革开放并没有使中国变成西方,“中国奇迹”并非在西方价值观的影响下创造的。他们十分疑惑的是,中国成功背后的价值观到底是什么?因此,要“讲好中国故事”,向世界展示真实的中国形象,必须对中国改革开放成功背后的价值观作出阐释。另一原因是,在国内学者讨论中国特色社会主义道路,阐释社会主义核心价值观时,总是存在二张皮的现象,国内学者并没有把中国改革开放的成功与核心价值观的作用联系起来进行考察。

The success of China’s Reform and Opening-up Policy is closely connected with the practice of socialist core values.Socialist core values form and develop in the process of Reform and Opening-up,which in turn plays a significant role in China’s Reform and opening-up.Among them,“Prosperity,Democracy,Civilization,and Harmony”as the value target of the national level point out the direction for contemporary China;“Liberty,Equality,Justice,and the Rule of Law”as the value orientation of the social level provide basic compliance for the Reform and Opening-up to create a good environment;As the value target of the individual level,“Patriotism,Dedication,Honesty and Friendliness”have established basic moral norms for the main force of Reform and Opening-up,that is for citizens.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,in the face of the rapid changes in the conditions of the country,in the face of the arduous task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we must continue to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism and continue to take advantage of the leading role of socialist core values.
