教师的教育热情是教师顺利开展教学活动的重要条件,然而教师工作年限的延长、工作压力的增加、自我认同感的缺失、职业动机的改变、学校支持的失衡等导致教育热情的消退,具体表现在教师的无聊感加重、敬业度缺失、职业成就感下降等方面。唤起教师的教育热情是亟待解决的问题,不仅需要来自社会、学校充足的支持与理解,还需要教师加强自我支持。

Teachers enthusiasm for education is an important condition to carry out teaching activities.However,some teachers education enthusiasm goes away due to the extension of teachers working years,the increase of work pressure,the lack of self-identity,the change of professional motivation,the imbalance of school support,etc.Hence,how to arouse teachers enthusiasm for education is a problem to be solved.It requires not only sufficient support and understanding from the society and the school,but also needs teachers to strengthen themselves.
