区域金融非均衡发展对城乡收入差距的影响——基于贵州省地州市面板数据的实证

The Influence of Unbalanced Development of Regional Finance Upon the Urban-rural Income Gap:Based on the Demonstration of Panel Data in Guizhou Province

地处中国西南的贵州省,作为多民族省份,区域内发展差异大,城乡发展不平衡,城乡收入差距明显。近年来金融业虽得到快速发展,但金融非均衡发展对城乡收入差距的影响较为复杂。以1978-2016年贵州省及辖内九个州(市)的数据为样本,选取衡量贵州省城乡收入差距和金融发展水平的指标,构建模型进行实证。结果显示,贵州省及辖内九个州(市)金融发展和城乡收入差距存在长期均衡关系;贵州省及大部分州市大体呈现出金融规模水平与城乡收入差距正相关,金融效率水平与城乡收入差距负相关的关系。结合实证结果提出以金融发展缩小城乡收入差距,完善普惠金融体系,提高金融发展质量;重视地区差异,优化金融资源配置效率;促进金融结构优化,推动新型金融发展的建议。

Guizhou Province is located in the southwest of China,and it is a multi-ethnic area,where the urban and rural development is uneven,and the urban and rural income gap is obvious.In recent years,the financial industry has developed rapidly which have complex influence on urban and rural income gap.Based on the data of Guizhou Province from 1978 to 2016,some measurement of the income gap between urban and rural areas in Guizhou province were selected as the level of financial development indicators,the mode was constructed,and empirical analysis was carried out.The results showed that nine states(city)in Guizhou province and their financial development and urban-rural income gap have a long-term equilibrium relationship between Guizhou province and the city;most states generally showed the financial scale level and the income gap between urban and rural areas is related to the level of financial efficiency and a negative correlation between the income gap between urban and rural areas.Based on the empirical results,we put forward proposals for financial development to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,improve inclusive financial system,improve the quality of financial development,pay attention to regional differences,optimize the allocation efficiency of financial resources,promote the optimization of financial structure,and promote the development of new financial industry.
