摘要
"后均衡化"时代,为满足人民日益增长的对多样化、高质量教育的需求,扩大基础教育优质资源供给,可以尝试从供给模式及供给路径角度开展研究:一方面是供给模式多元化,如政府-名校-薄弱校合作模式、高校-基础教育学校合作模式、教科研机构-基础教育学校合作模式、教科研机构-高校-基础教育学校合作模式、国际教育资源-基础教育学校合作模式等;另一方面是供给路径多样,如品牌/文化输出、师资输出、课程输出、管理输出等。在基础教育优质资源供给中应完善各项保障措施,实现供给主体多元化和供给路径多样化,提升基础教育优质资源的供给质量,激发项目学校的自主发展和创新能力。
In the era of“post-equalization”,the study may be conducted from the angle of supplying mode and path to satisfy people’s demands for diversified and high-quality education and to enlarge the supply of optimal educational resources.On the one hand,the modes of supplying may be diversifi ed such as Government-Famous School-Weak School Partnerships,University-School Partnerships,Teaching Research Institutes-School Partnerships,Teaching Research Institutes-University-School Partnerships,and International Education Resources-School Partnerships;on the other hand,the path of supplying may be diversifi ed such as brand-culture output,teaching resources output,curriculum output,and administration output.In the process of basic education quality resources supplying,we should improve corresponding protecting measures,realizing the diversity of supplying subjects and paths,enhancing the quality of supplying,and activating their autonomous development and creativity.
