弹性离校是为解决家长接学生放学困难而由学校提供的公益性服务。调查显示:弹性离校得到广泛认同,调查对象认为弹性离校非常有必要;活动形式单一、专项经费不到位以及家长片面认知是实施弹性离校的主要障碍。为此,推行弹性离校制度要落实政府财政投入主体责任,提高课后服务者的积极性;全社会协同推进,提高课后服务的质量;建立健全完善安全等督查机制,及时推广弹性离校先进经验。

Flexible departure from school is a kind of public welfare service provided by schools to help parents pick up their children after school.A survey shows that fl exible departure from school is widely recognized by the respondents,who think that it is very necessary,but that there still exist some problems such as single activity form,special funds out of place,and parents’partial cognition.Therefore,implementation of the system demands that government fi nance should invest money to raise the enthusiasm of after-class service providers,that the whole society works together to improve the quality of after-class service,and that the sound inspection system must be established to immediately generalize the advanced experience.
