摘要
教科研训一体化,即教研、科研、培训、信息技术等四位一体。县级研训员是课程实施的传播者和指导者,教学改革的实践者和推动者,教育科研的组织者和研究者,学科团队的引领者和建设者,应经常当好"指导员""研究员""领航员""服务员",实现通过工作形式的改变而使教师的专业发展水平和教育质量得到提升。
Education-research-training unity refers to integration of teaching research,scientific research,training,and information technology.County trainers are the transmitters and guides of curriculum implementation,practitioners and promoters of teaching reform,organizers and researchers of education research,and pacesetters and builders of disciplinary teams,who should try hard to be good instructors,researchers,navigators and attendants,thus to promote the level of teachers’professional development and the educational quality.
