摘要
对常态课堂教学中"教学细节"的认识与把握的充分与否,体现了教师课堂教学的理念与素养、态度与作为、风格与创意,只有对教学内容、教学方式、教学资源、教学机智等诸多要素精雕细琢,才能使"教学细节"真正有效地助力课堂教学再生长,使课堂焕发生命活力。
Understanding and grasping of teaching details in normal classroom teaching embodies teachers’teaching ideas and accomplishments,attitudes and behaviors,and styles and originality.Teachers must delicately and thoughtfully ruminate over the elements of teaching contents,styles,resources and resourcefulness to make teaching details eff ectively promote classroom teaching with more vitality.
