左乙拉西坦对小儿癫痫患者认知功能的影响

The effect of Levetiracetam on cognitive function in patients with pediatric epilepsy

目的探究左乙拉西坦对小儿癫痫患者认知功能的影响。方法选取重庆三峡中心医院江南分院儿科在2014年1月至2015年8月收治的小儿癫痫患者148例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组74例。两组患儿均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予卡马西平治疗,观察组则给予左乙拉西坦治疗。在用药3个月后,记录两组患儿的痉挛发作次数及不良反应发生情况,并用《婴幼儿社会认知发展筛查量表》自改表对患儿的认知功能进行评定,并进行比较。结果对照组在治疗3个月后,癫痫发作情况与观察组相比,差异无统计学意义(X^2=0. 408,P=0. 335);观察组与对照组在治疗3个月后认知功能比较,差异有统计学意义(X^2=10. 207,P=0. 001)。结论小儿癫痫的治疗中,两组治疗在降低癫痫的发作次数方面均有较明显疗效,但左乙拉西坦与卡马西平效果对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);最重要的是左乙拉西坦能明显改善患儿认知功能(P <0. 05),值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Levetiracetam on cognitive function in patients with pediatric epilepsy.Methods 148 cases of pediatric epilepsy patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2015 were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random Numbers,with 74 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment,on this basis,the control group was given carbamazepine treatment,the observation group was given levetiracetam treatment.After 3 months of treatment,the incidence of seizure and adverse reactions were recorded,and the cognitive function were assessed and compared based on the infant social cognitive development screening scale.Results After treatment for 3 months,the incidence of seizures in the control group,eizures showed no statistically significant difference compared with observation group(χ2=0.408,chi-square P=0.408).Observation group and control group in cognitive function in 3 months after treatment,with statistically significant difference(χ2=10.207,P=0.001).Conclusion The incidence of seizures in treatment of pediatric epilepsy of the treatment groups had dropped obviously.However,compared with carbamazepine,the effect of Levetiracetam was no significant difference(P>0.05).The most important was Levetiracetam can significantly improve cognitive function in children(P<0.05),which is worthy of clinical application.
