胶塞脱屑干预措施在医院成品输液配置中的效果

Effectiveness analysis of the prevention of crumbs from rubber plugs permeating in the intravenous fluid products

目的探讨胶塞脱屑干预措施在医院静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)配置成品输液时的实施效果。方法选取西安交通大学第一附属医院干预前的2016年6月14日至2016年7月10日15 384袋配置的西林瓶药品成品输液及干预后的2016年11月17至2016年12月13日15 538袋配置的西林瓶药品成品输液中胶塞脱屑例数作对比分析。结果干预后PIVAS配置的成品输液胶塞脱屑例数显著下降,由干预前的459例(29. 84‰)下降到干预后的85例(5. 47‰)。结论 PIVAS干预配置的成品输液中胶塞脱屑例数的措施有效、可行,西林瓶药品成品输液胶塞脱屑例数干预效果明显,可提高患者静脉用药的安全性。

Objective To investigate the effectivenessof the prevention of crumbs from rubber plugs permeating in the intravenous fluid products in the PIVAS department.Methods 15 384 vials of intravenous fluid medicine before the management of intervention(dates from 14 Jun,2016 to 10 July,2016)were analyzed and compared with 15 538 vials of intravenous fluid medicine after the management of intervention(dates from 17 November 2016 to 13 Dcember 2016).Results The number of the crumbs from rubber plugs permeating in the intravenous fluid products after the management of intervention was considerably less than these before the management of intervention in the PIVAS department,which had decreased from 459(29.84‰)to 85(5.47‰).Conclusions The management of the intervention in the crumbs from rubber plugs permeating in the intravenous fluid products has proved out a significant success,which is feasible and effective.The crumbs from rubber plugs permeating in the intravenous fluid products have been considerably decreased in the vials of the intravenous fluid medicine,which can improve the safety of the intravenous drug use in patients.
