孕11~13^(+6)周连续顺序追踪超声法筛查胎儿肢体畸形的价值 被引量:8

摘要 胎儿肢体畸形是一种相对常见的先天性畸形,发生率约为1/500[1],其病因复杂,种类繁多,受累部位多。目前国内多于18~24周采用连续顺序追踪超声扫查法进行胎儿肢体畸形的筛查,敏感度可以达到87.2%[2],已得到广泛的推广。本研究旨在对孕11~13+6周行NT筛查的胎儿,应用连续顺序追踪超声扫查法进行肢体筛查,评估这一方法于早孕期筛查胎儿肢体畸形的价值。
