厨房油烟智能化检测控制系统 被引量:2

摘要 目的针对厨房油烟给人们身体带来的危害,设计了一种具有多种自动检测功能的厨房油烟控制系统。方法采用STC12C5A60S2单片机作为控制核心,以烟雾传感器、温湿度传感器和光敏传感器多种传感器作为检测单元,电机作为执行器件,通过Keil C语言编程实现了自动选档抽烟的厨房控制系统。结果系统采用烟雾传感器来检测厨房的油烟浓度,应用PWM技术控制电机的转速,改善厨房的空气质量;并借助于温湿度传感器检测厨房内的温度和湿度,通过液晶显示器显示结果,以便实时地监控厨房内温湿度的变化。此外,系统还利用光线感应装置实现了油烟机照明设备开关的自动控制。结论设计的样机通过实际检测表明,该系统不仅具有控制准确、切换快速、人性化等优点,而且成本低、智能化、使用方便。 Objective Kitchen fume is harmful to people’s health.Therefore,a kitchen fume control system with automatic detection functions is designed.Methods In the kitchen fume control system,the STC12C5A60S2 MCU was used as control core.And smoke sensor,temperature and humidity sensor,and photosensitive sensor were used as detecting unit.And the motor was used as the executive device.The automatic selection of oil fume extraction for the kitchen fume control system was achieved by Keil C language program.Results In addition,kitchen fume concentration was detected by smoke sensor.The speed of motor was controlled by using PWM technology.Thus,the air quality was improved.The temperature and humidity were detected by temperature and humidity sensor to real-time monitor the change of temperature and humidity on the LCD.Photoinduction device was used to achieve automatic control of the switch of the lighting equipment.Conclusion Finally,the designed prototype was verified by practical application.The results showed that the system not only has the advantages of precise control,fast switching and humanization,but also is low-cost,intelligent and easy to use.
