摘要
初等教育院系是培养小学教育专业人才主体组织。在教师教育大学化的背景下,部分中师经"并、合、升"转型发展为初等教育院系,与原有类初等教育院系并存。笔者通过深度访谈和定量统计调查发现,与原有类、并入类相比,合并类、升格类在办学理念、师资结构、人才培养方案、实践教学等方面都存在问题,成为培养质量提升的阻碍。
Primary education is the main organization for cultivating education professional talents in primary schools.Under the background of education unitization of teachers,some middle school teachers have transformed into primary education departments through“incorporation,combination and upgrading”,and co-existed with the original primary education departments.Through in-depth interviews and quantitative statistical surveys,the author found that compared with the original category and incorporation category,the combined category and upgrading category had problems in school philosophy,teacher structure,talent cultivation program,practice teaching and other aspects,which became a barrier to the improvement of training quality.
