摘要
本文基于教育部第四轮学科评估的相关数据,采用"学科创新指数"(1)这一概念,探究了大学学科水平与区域创新能力之间的关系。文章从学科分类的视角对区域的创新发展定位进行了分析。研究表明:大学学科水平与区域创新能力之间存在显著的相关关系,学科水平越高则区域创新能力就越强;区域学科类型偏向对区域创新发展定位有重要影响;重视学科发展、加强学科建设、提升学科水平是知识经济时代大学在区域创新能力提升中发挥作用的重要途径。
Based on the relevant data of the fourth round of discipline evaluation of the Ministry of Education,this article uses the concept of“discipline innovation index”to explore the relationship between academic level and regional innovation ability.The article analyzes the regional innovation and development orientation from the perspective of discipline classification.The research shows that there is a significant correlation between the level of university disciplines and the ability of regional innovation.The higher the level of the discipline,the stronger regional innovation ability;the bias of regional discipline type has an important influence on the orientation of regional innovation development.It is important for universities to attach importance to the development of discipline,strengthen discipline construction and enhance the level of discipline in order to play a better role in the promotion of regional innovation ability under the era of knowledge economy.
