世界一流大学学生事务管理及其现实借镜——以哈佛大学为例

Student Affairs Management at World-class University and Its Implications——A Case Study of Harvard University

在推进"双一流"、推动高水平大学建设的新时代,基于对高校人才培养质量的重视,学生事务管理受到前所未有的关注。哈佛大学作为世界一流大学的典型代表,在学生教育与管理、学术咨询与指导、社团管理与建设、住宿与饮食、心理健康与咨询、生涯辅导与就业、管理队伍建设等方面积累了丰富的经验。在学习与借镜哈佛大学学生事务管理经验的基础上,我国高校需要寻找适合自身发展路径的平衡点,以加快推进高校学生事务管理的专业化进程,实现建设世界一流大学的新愿景。

In the new era of promoting the“double first-class”and the construction of high-level universities,the student affairs management has received unprecedented attention on the basis of the focus on the quality of talent training in universities.As a typical representative of world-class universities,Harvard University has accumulated rich experiences in the fields of freshman education and management,academic counseling and guidance,community management and construction,accommodation and diet,mental health and counseling,career counseling and employment,and management team building.On the basis of studying and learning from the experiences of Harvard University student affairs management,Chinese universities need to find a balance point suitable for their own development path,in order to accelerate the specialization process of student affairs management and to realize the new vision of building a world-class university.
