摘要
文章探讨了起源于德国并风靡欧美国家的"席明纳"教学模式。"席明纳"模式适合小班教学,注重师生互动和调动学生自主学习能力。笔者根据自己在德国留学的亲身经历,介绍席明纳教学模式在高等院校和成人教育的实践。在文章的后半部分,探讨了席明纳这种教学模式在中国大学课堂上应用并推广的可行性。
This paper focuses on the Seminar teaching model,which is originated in Germany and widespread in the Western world.This model is effective in enhancing the interaction between teachers and students,and in encouraging the students to learn by themselves.The author introduces the implementation of Seminar in the universities and Volkshochschule in Germany,according to his own experience and observation.In the second half of the paper,the author discusses the possibility and feasibility of implement原ing the seminar model into the classes of Chinese universities.
