普通高等学校新型教学评价体系构建研究

教学评价是高等学校教学质量保障体系中的一个重要组成部分,但当前很多高校的教学评价体系存在评价主体专业性不强、评价指标设定不科学、过分依赖量化分析缺少质性分析、评价信息不全面和偏重监督功能缺少服务改进功能等问题,文章在综合研究普通高校教学评价现状的基础上分析了问题产生的原因,并提出要以学生为中心突出服务改进机制,要优化评价主体结构科学合理设置评价指标并以大数据为平台进行全过程采集,来构建新型教学评价体系,以便全面提高教育质量最终达成知识、能力、素质三位一体的教育目标。

Teaching evaluation is an important part of teaching quality assurance system in colleges and universities.However,there are some problems in teaching evaluation system in many colleges and universities,such as weak specialty of evaluation subject,unscientific setting of evaluation index,over-reliance on quantitative analysis,lack of qualitative analysis,incomplete evaluation infor原mation and lack of service improvement.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems on the basis of a comprehensive study of the current situation of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities,and puts forward that we should stress the service improve原ment mechanism with students as the center,optimize the main structure of evaluation,scientifically and rationally set up evaluation indexes and collect large data in the whole process,so as to construct a new type of teaching.The evaluation system aims to im原prove the quality of education in an all-round way and ultimately achieve the trinity of knowledge,ability and quality.
