青年高校工科教师教学体会

高校作为人才培育基地,教学质量决定人才培养的水平。对于现代大学生培养,单一教材教授的教学已难以满足大学生的知识需求以及社会对高等教育的期望,而多维度复合型的教学在高校教育成为趋势,同时对青年高校教师的教学认识带来新挑战。文章将从教案准备、教学手段、教学质量及发展方向等四方面讲述作为青年高校教师的教学体会,并提出增强适合青年高校教师教学水平的建议。

As a base for talent cultivation,teaching quality determines the level of talent cultivation.For the cultivation of mod原ern college students,the teaching of single teaching material has been difficult to meet the knowledge needs of college students and the expectations of the society for higher education,and multi-dimensional and complex teaching in college education has become a trend,while bringing new challenges to the teaching knowledge of young college teachers.This paper will discuss the teaching experi原ence of young college teachers from four aspects:teaching plan preparation,teaching methods,teaching quality and development di原rection,and put forward some suggestions to enhance the teaching level of young college teachers.
