摘要
通过对长三角地区电子信息工程专业人才需求状况分析,提出校企双主体创新人才培养模式,通过企业全程介入,建立寓赛于教等的多元化创新创业教育协同育人新机制,推动政行企校共同参与、良性互动的创新创业教育协同机制,打通专业群内相近学科的基础和专业课程,建立跨院系、跨学科、跨专业交叉培养创新创业人才的新机制,研究"互联网+"时代背景下,对接电子信息行业和技术标准,培养满足新技术发展要求的卓越技能型人才,以适应"中国制造2025"对高端人才的需求。
This paper proposed the innovative talents cultivating mode of the school enterprise double subjects,through the de原mand analysis of the electronic and information engineering major in the Yangtze River Delta,a newly collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism is established with the competition and diversified education combine by the enterprises in原volved in the process,promoted the administration of school enterprise joint participation,interaction and entrepreneurship education cooperation.Within the group of similar subjects and the basis courses professional courses,established the innovative entrepreneurial talent mechanism in the intersection of the departments disciplines and the major cross training.In the"Internet+"era background,according the standard of the electronic information industry and the technical,cultivated excellent skilled talents which satisfied the requirement of new technology development,to adapt the high talents demand of"made in China 2025".
