摘要
"双师双能型"教师认定标准的构建是高职院校师资队伍建设的一项重要内容。文章分析了"双师双能型"教师的内涵及认定标准存在的问题,初步探索了"双师双能型"教师分级认定标准。
The construction of the recognition standard of"double teacher and double energy"teachers is an important content of the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the connotation of"double teacher and double energy"teachers and the existing problems in the recognition standards,and initially explores the classification standards of"double teacher and double energy"teachers.
