2018年常州市新北区中小学生健康状况分析

Health status analysis of primary and middle school students in Xinbei district of Changzhou city,2018

(1)目的了解常州市新北区中小学生的身体健康状况,为制定和落实学生的健康管理策略、预防疾病提供科学依据。(2)方法选择常州市新北区28所学校34764名中小学生进行横断面调查。(3)结果新北区中小学生营养状况、视力以及常见病检出率均存在区域、性别、年龄和学龄段差异。农村和乡镇学生的营养不良、视力不良情况较城市严重;城市学生的肥胖率和高血压患病率较高,分别达到11.54%和23.35%。随着年龄、学龄段的增加,营养不良与较低体质量检出率、视力低下检出率、高血压检出率均呈递增趋势。女生营养不良和肥胖率均低于男生,但高血压患病率、视力不良检出率和营养不良检出率均高于男生(P <0.05)。(4)结论在学生健康管理中,农村中小学生需加强膳食营养,城市中小学生预防肥胖。

Objective To understand the health status of primary and middle school students in xinbei district,and to provide the scientific basis for formulating and implementing the corresponding strategy of health management and preventive measures in the early stage of chronic disease.Methods A total of 34764 primary and middle school students were selected from 28 schools of Xinbei District of Changzhou City in whom a cross-sectional study was carried out.Results There were regional,gender and learning stage differences of nutritional condition and detection rate of common diseases.The malnutrition status and poor sight of rural students were worse than that of urban ones,whereas the prevalence of obesity and hypertension among urban students was higher,obtaining 11.54%and 23.35%,respectively.The detection rate of malnutrition,prevalence of low-weight,poor sight and hypertension all increased with age and learning stage.The rate of malnutrition and obesity in girls was lower than that of boys,while prevalence of hypertension,the detection rate of poor sight and decayed tooth were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Rural primary and middle school students need to strengthen dietary nutrition and obesity should be prevented in ones in health management.
